Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine complements traditional therapies and offers non-surgical options for acute and chronic neuromusculoskeletal and arthrodial conditions.
Providers at Michigan State University (MSU) HealthTeam’s Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine clinic have faculty appointments in Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine Department of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. Not only do you get access to MSU faculty and their latest research innovations, our clinic also is the only one in the state dedicated solely to the discipline of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine.
Since we are a teaching clinic, is customary to see residents and medical students alongside our providers.
We treat individuals of all ages from infants to seniors. Our treatments are complementary — they can enhance other modalities of care and are often combined with physical therapy under the overall coordination of a primary care physician. Therefore, a referral is required. Read more about our services.
For individuals without insurance, the MSU Student OMM Clinic may offer a viable option.
