MSU Health Care Clinics to go Cashless Beginning August 1

At MSU Health Care, we strive to provide exceptional care and continuously improve our services while reducing the costs of care. After review of our payment processing systems, starting August 1, 2023, we will be transitioning to a cashless payment system at all our clinic locations. By going cashless, we are simplifying the payment experience, allowing for streamlined transactions, increased efficiency, and enhanced safety for both our staff and patients.
Payment options after August 1, 2023 are listed below.
Credit Card Payments at Time of Service: We will accept credit card and debit card payments at the time of service. Simply present the credit card or debit card, and our friendly staff will be able to assist in processing the payment efficiently.
In-Person at Patient Accounts: Our dedicated Patient Accounts team will continue to be available to support patients with payment-related concerns and accept cash, check, credit card and debit card payments at the following locations and times.

Billing Statements: Once patients receive their billing statement, they will have the option to pay by two additional convenient payment methods:
- Check Payments: Patients can opt to send a check payment via mail using the provided address on the statement. Please remember to include the patient's account number and the statement details for accurate processing.
- Secure Online Credit Card Payments: Our secure online payment portal continues, allowing patients to conveniently pay their bills using a credit card. The statement will provide detailed instructions on how to access this payment option.
